The spacious gated decking area has a table and chairs for 6, along with the gas BBQ. The front  doors lead into a light and airy living room. 

There is ample seating for 6 people, along with a coffee table which allows you to relax with a drink whilst watching the TV and Freeview channels.  There is free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the chalet

A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you upon your arrival. The very well-equipped kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We cannot guarantee that previous guests have not had items in the chalet that are on the ‘Allergy’ list. As such, we take no responsibility should there be traces.  

The dining room table sits neatly at the rear of the kitchen, with the door leading onto the rear decking. 

The third bedroom on the ground floor contains two 3ft 6 single beds, side cabinet TV and hanging space. There is a door that leads out to the rear decking. 

The main bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. This has a shower over the bath, WC, sink and heated towel rail as well as a cabinet for all your health and beauty needs. 

Heating throughout the chalet is provided by electric oil radiators, as there is no gas on the park. 

A steep staircase (not suitable for people with restricted mobility) leads to the upstairs hallway and two further bedrooms. There is a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs, and a sliding gate at the bottom should you require it. The front double-bedded room has a wonderful view of the sea, and on a clear day, you can easily see France!! A wardrobe, shelved unit (so plenty of space for your clothes/storage), as well as two bedside tables. You can also relax in bed whilst watching the TV. The black velvet headboard really does make a statement in this room!!!! 

The rear bedroom has two 3ft 6 single beds with a bedside cabinet, plus a wardrobe, shelved unit (again, giving you plenty of space for clothes and storage), TV. This room has another ‘signature’ headboard!! 

The upstairs also has a toilet with sink, helping to reduce the pressure on the downstairs bathroom when several people are in the chalet! 

Linen and towels,are included in your stay. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot (size 120 x 60 cm). Also please bring your own Beach/Swimming towels with you. 

NO PETS are allowed in the chalet or on the Park, except for harnessed guide dogs with the relevant official paperwork. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING is permitted inside the chalet due to fire risk and and the comfort and convenience of all our guests. 

Charging E-Scooter/E-Bike Batteries are Strictly Prohibited within the chalet.

We do not take bookings for Hen/Stag parties. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise at a low level after 10pm. 

If you use the BBQ, please clean it after use. Please move it away from under the roof whilst cooking. 

All guests are asked to use, enjoy and treat our chalet with respect. If there are any breakages, please let us know immediately, as we will do our best to rectify this during your stay. 

May we ask you to leave the chalet in an acceptable condition for our wonderful cleaner. Please place all the stripped linen and towels at the front door upon departure, which is 10am. 

We have another chalet on the park, which my husband and I use every weekend (unless we are on holiday ourselves!!!!), so we are on hand to deal with any pressing matters that may occur.
